hibajivip Terms & Conditions

Hibajivip (referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "hibajivip") is an online gaming and lottery service operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between hibajivip and its users.

By creating an account, logging in, or using hibajivip in any way, you automatically agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please refrain from using the platform.

Registration is completely free. However, hibajivip reserves the right to reject any application or keep any account suspended until verification is complete.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, please notify the support team immediately.

Hibajivip is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account, unless caused by a fault in our systems. If you suspect a security breach, contact support@hibajivip.biz immediately.

The rules governing financial transactions at hibajivip are detailed below:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 BDT.
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and all major mobile financial services.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. In the event of a technical issue, it may take up to 1 hour.
• Keep the transaction reference number for every deposit you make.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals for VIP members are processed within 6 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

Hibajivip offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has its own Wagering Requirement, which is specified in the offer details.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Hibajivip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended.

• Harassing, insulting, or threatening other users.

Closed by hibajivip: hibajivip may close any account in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If evidence of fraud or any unlawful activity is found.
• If evidence of registration under a false identity is found.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Hibajivip will not be held liable for the following:

• If your gaming experience is disrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• Loss of data due to user negligence or issues with the user's own device.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as war, natural disasters, or government orders.
• For financial losses incurred through gaming — gaming always carries risk and winnings are never guaranteed.

Hibajivip reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
